Eyebrow Palace's owner, Chhaya Sharma, has been practicing for 20 years and her shop has been in business since 2011. If a minimum of 30 clients book appointments she will come to Cornell's campus on September 18th, 2017. If the demand goes beyond 50 she will bring another specialist with her.
